Information about the article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSES

The following is a summary of all our operations that involve the collection, storage or processing of personal data, and our goal with each of them.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Personal Rights)

• certification that the operations in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .

4. The party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

• for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him or even to the scope of the collection;
• the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising material.
