Information about the article. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03

We wish to inform you that your personal data will be used by CIMEP and not disclosed to other companies, in full respect of fundamental principles:
- Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament on the protection of presone individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and traffic data · by Directive 97/66/EC on the protection of privacy in telecommunications;
- Directive 97/07/EC and Legislative Decree 185/99 for consumer protection in distance contracts;
- Directive 00/31/EC for electronic commerce;
- Legislative Decree No 196, June 30, 2003 "Code on personal data protection";
- Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSES
The following is a summary of all our operations that involve the collection, storage or processing of personal data, and our goal with each of them.
- collection and storage of personal data in order to provide service CIMEP and judicial authorities to provide the requested information;
- collection, storage and processing of personal data for administrative purposes - accounting, including any e-mail transmission of commercial invoices;

RIGHTS
Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Personal Rights)
1. In regard to the processing of personal data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered and their communication in intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information in relation to:
- the data source;
- purpose of treatment;
- logical treatment;
- identification of the owner and Managers;
- of the persons to whom the data may be communicated.
3. The party has the right to:
- updating, rectification or integration of data collected;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- certification that the operations in the previous points have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right .
4. The party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him or even to the scope of the collection;
- the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising material.
